The Library of Vigo where I teach on Saturday morning, confirmed the creation of II of the cartoon contest Vigo.

I know we're very close to the date, the deadline is Dec. 11, but before we could not send the information: P
Prizes faranse delivery in December 18, 2010 at 12 noon Central de Vigo. in the showroom.
Later in January, from the 10th through the end of the month, will see displayed in the exhibition hall of the original works of the winners.
